Vinyasa Yoga

In this yoga class we will explore our breath, deepen our flexibility, play with balance and connect to our body. Learn to ride the waves of breath as you move through your yoga practice and life with ease and grace. This class is all levels - all you need is your body and your mat!

Full Body Blast 

This interval based workout is a combination of cardio and strength exercises performed at a high intensity followed by a short, low intensity recovery period. This circuit-style class is sure to provide a tough workout. You'll be challenged to push your own individual limits and walk out feeling strong!

Mobility Classes 

See consistent results in your mobility and ranges of motion as you go through a range of motions that will leave you

feeling better than every before!

GROUP CLASSES

Bootcamp

Total body workout that combines strength, cardio, plyometrics and balance work using a variety of equipment. Come prepared each week for new full body exercises and a challenging workout!

Core and Restore

Rethink recovery and core work in this fusion class. You will flow through all ranges of motion using movement patterns to challenge your core, balance, and mobility.
