Amanda’s passion is to help everyone achieve lifestyle habit changes that are sustainable and push them to achieving any goal that is set. Amanda places an emphasis in training progressively and safely because whether you are a beginner or have been training for years, there are always new things to be learned and experienced.

PHILOSOPHY ON FITNESS & LIFE:
Diego believes in moving with purpose! Meaning, that exercise should have intention for result. Whether that be for sport, weight loss, posture, recovery or longevity. Movements you do should be to enhance the physical goal you are working towards. Diego started off his fitness journey by working as a Floor Trainer for East Bank Club. Once there, he took full advantage of learning from other strength coaches that all have different areas of expertise. Soon after, he got more interested with the strength coaching world so we went on to work under a few more strength coaches with their athletes and after he was done, Diego wanted to apply the knowledge he learned to more general population so that people who truly need exercise can benefit in the best way possible. He loves to make exercise as fun as possible for his clients while providing results.

PHILOSOPHY ON FITNESS & LIFE:
Since Haley was in early high school, she was always fascinated by the human body: all that it can and can’t do, what it’s performance abilities are and aren’t for each person, and so much more. This drove her mission to pursue an education and career in this field. What also fed her passion was having the capability to help someone reach a goal they never thought possible. Whether it’s breaking that qualifying time in a marathon, finally getting the basics of a proper squat form down, or establishing that habit into a daily routine, she's seen the effect of someone who believes and now knows that they can reach goals. That knowledge has a power to change the course of someone’s life and others around them, in her opinion, and the idea of that potential is what keeps her coming back again and again to help the next person.

Laura comes to you with over 20 years experience in the massage therapy industry. Her love of the human body is what led her down this path of learning massage therapy. She has a special interest in learning how the brain and nervous system influence the body’s ability to perform. Laura takes a brain-first approach to pain reduction and relaxation. Her techniques range from very light to deeper touch to ensure that your body never feels the need to go into protection mode in areas of soreness.
